WEBSITES:
Yes, I can build your website. I charge as little as $200 for a single page to $8,000 for an e-commerce site. Generally I have been getting from $1,200 to $2,000 per site. It depends on the amount of content and features. I enjoy building a MySQL databases to house content but simple HTML pages are quicker and cheaper to build. Whichever you prefer.
You get modern CSS coding in either case. Later I can update your site for $30 per hour, if you want. Hosting is available from GoDaddy for about $4 per month but you can choose any hosting company, it is your site.
HOW IT WORKS:
The way to get a site is pretty simple. You tell me what you want, we agree on a price and I build it. I do have a contract that details payment terms, (half up–front and the rest at completion). For bigger sites, I am willing to provide a mock-up of the final deisgn, beforehand.
UPDATING:
I want to be the designer who updates your site—but you can hire anyone. The site I make for you is one–hundred–percent, yours. You get a CD with all files, the username and password, and all hosting is in your name. You will buy a domain name (http://www.something.html) for $9 a year from GoDaddy, which you own forever.
I charge $30 per hour for future updates to the site, and I can do a lot in an hour. In addition, let me offer to update your existing site or convert your tables–based site to modern CSS coding.

Some clients have told me about previous designers that stopped communicating. This seems incredible to me. You can expect me to communicate regularly regarding the development of your site including online viewing. I guarantee a great site becuase you will see it grow from start to finish.
