Hello, my name is Leif Linder and this is my company. I have been designing for several years and received formal training from New York University (Professional Certificate in Web Development, 2006). I have a bunch of years in photography and photo research and a degree in Media Studies from Hunter College, NYC (2004).

Mostly this is a one man operation but I do have access to former collegues at NYU whom I tap sometimes for clients' needs. So far, this has been a great year. I believe my clients trust me to speak plainly about what I can and can't do. For instance, I will not design a database that accepts Credit Card numbers or Social Security numbers. It's just too dangerous.

On the other hand Pay Pal has a beautiful, seemless ecommerce function that works well with any site and is absolutely secure – and people can use their credit cards.

Security is a big deal and so is basic functionality. If my sites look good, great! But most important – they must work!
