General Idea
The general flow-of-work goes as follows: We talk about your idea, maybe you know of a similar site; We create a very simple mock-up and if you like it, we send a contract.
This way has worked out well for us. You get an idea beforehand and we know you like the design.
The contract states everything and avoids confusion. We need halfpayment before starting and half at completion.
